We have had an array new birds arriving since spring has hatched its multitude. Sadly, there are quite a few starlings as well, but the young sparrows and finches, but we can't all be picky.
I am jealous as there are no birds on our feeders at this time of year. Okay well fine there are birds in our yard and there are cats in our yard that hunt the rats and the occasional bird so on one hand I cannot complain that there are not a lot of birds! Geesh I am talkative tonight! Love the birdies, love to hear them sing and to watch them flit about and love the amazing coloring.
Watching the birds at my feeders brings such delight! The gold-finches have kept us company the past few weeks as well as evening grossbeaks and house finches. They make such a racket; they have kept me busy keeping the bird feeders well stocked. Cheers, Jenni
I love seeing all the birds and listening to all the birdsong from my feeder. Even the baby starlings are rather cute being fed by their parents (and I have strong feelings about starlings!)
